Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Optimal Function. If something is not right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition it was received. This means unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@optimalfunction.co.uk. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it quickly.


Non returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care or ingestible products that have been opened
• Perishable or time sensitive goods
• Custom or personalised orders
• Hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us first.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union cooling off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method if the return is approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
